How much is rent at The Woods at Olley Creek?
One-bedroom apartments start at $1,095 a month and two-bedroom apartments start at $1,350 a month. Prices change with availability, so the live list on the available homes page always has today’s rent.
What floor plans do you have?
Two: a 925 sq. ft. one-bedroom, one-bath home and a 972 sq. ft. two-bedroom, one-bath home. Both have a pantry, a walk-in closet, a gas range and a dishwasher.
How do I apply?
Pick an open home on the available homes page and select Apply Now. The application is online and takes about 15 minutes. The application fee is $75 per applicant.
Can I tour before I apply?
Yes. Book a tour online for the day and time that suit you. You can also call or text (678) 239-2021.
Do you accept pets?
Yes. Up to two pets per home, cats and dogs of all sizes. There is a $350 one-time pet fee and $25 a month per home. Restricted breeds are American Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, mixes of these breeds, and any dog with a history of aggression. Assistance animals are not pets and are welcome under fair housing law.
What amenities are on site?
A soccer field, a playground, a grill area with picnic tables under mature trees, an on-site laundry room and an on-site maintenance team. A pet washing station is coming soon. There is no pool.
Is there laundry?
Homes have washer and dryer connections, and there is a shared laundry room on site.
What deposit do I need?
The security deposit is 1.5 times monthly rent. If your credit or income needs a boost, you can choose a 3-month coverage guarantee instead, which works like a co-signer.
Is there public transit nearby?
Yes. CobbLinc Route 30 runs along Austell Road between the Marietta Transfer Center and MARTA’s H.E. Holmes station.
How far is Marietta Square?
About 3 miles north. Jim R. Miller Park is under 2 miles away, and Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta are about 5½ miles east.
When is the leasing office open?
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. The office is at 1788 Austell Rd SW, Marietta, GA 30008. Call or text (678) 239-2021.
How do current residents pay rent or request maintenance?
Through the online resident portal, where you can pay rent, set up autopay and submit maintenance requests.
